The Millard Learning Centre is a 188-acre nature reserve on Galiano Island's southwest shore, operated by the Galiano Conservancy Association. It features over 8 km of hiking trails serving as the primary trailhead for the Mid-Island Protected Areas Network, plus two kilometres of protected waterfront with swimming access at secluded Chrystal Cove. The property includes mature Coastal Douglas-fir forest with old-growth trees, a working food forest, a native plant nursery and gift shop, and educational programs.
