Bliss Bakery is a family-owned artisan bakehouse that has been operating on Okanagan Lake's shoreline in Peachland for over 20 years, producing slow-fermented sourdoughs, buttery croissants, and a full bistro lunch menu using only natural, preservative-free ingredients. The Peachland location sits on Beach Avenue with a lakeside patio and views of Okanagan Lake, making it a natural rest stop on any lakeshore cycling route. The sourdough starter — originally cultivated from Okanagan Valley grapes — has been in continuous use since the bakery opened in 2005.
