Duso's Italia
Duso's is a Vancouver institution founded in the late 1960s when Italian immigrant Mauro Duso set up one of the original stalls at the now-iconic Granville Island Market, selling handmade pasta and authentic family-recipe sauces. The flagship Granville Island shop remains the original retail location and carries more than twenty varieties of specialty filled pasta alongside a range of fresh sauces, all made with locally sourced Canadian ingredients. For cyclists exploring Granville Island, it is a well-established destination for premium take-home Italian food.
