Moja Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster founded in 2003, with its Commercial Drive cafe serving as one of two Vancouver-area locations for a company that roasts small-batch, primarily single-origin beans in a handmade Joper roaster imported from Portugal. The name 'Moja' is Swahili for 'one,' a nod to co-founder Andrew Wentzel's Tanzanian roots and the company's philosophy of showcasing individual growing regions. Situated on one of Vancouver's most celebrated cycling corridors, the cafe offers both indoor and outdoor seating.
