Kickstand Community Bike Shop
Kickstand is a volunteer-run, non-profit community bike shop in East Vancouver operating as a low-barrier DIY and Do-It-Together repair workspace where visitors use shop tools and workstands with on-site volunteer guidance. The shop sells new and used parts and refurbished bikes, and runs community programs including bike donation, refurbishment, and partnerships that provide bicycles to refugees and Indigenous families. It is a genuine grassroots resource for cyclists needing affordable, hands-on support with common mechanical tasks.
