Steve's Poké Bar is an authentic Hawaiian poke chain founded in 2017 by Steve Huynh, who grew up splitting time between Vancouver and Honolulu and learned traditional poke preparation from family recipes. Unlike fusion-style competitors, the restaurant marinates fish the way it's done in Hawaii and has accumulated over 10,000 five-star Google reviews across its Lower Mainland locations. Touring cyclists can build their own bowls or choose from signature options including tuna, salmon, scallop, spam, and tofu varieties.
