Buy BC (independent) · RestaurantOkini Restaurant & Bar is a West Coast Japanese restaurant in Vancouver's Kerrisdale neighbourhood, the independent project of Chef Kevin Lin and managing partner Steph Wan, who draw on their Asian-Canadian upbringing and international culinary training. The intimate dining room features an open kitchen, full-service bar, heated covered atrium, and a walk-in wine cellar repurposed from an original bank vault. Since opening in 2021, Okini has been nominated for Best West Coast by Vancouver Magazine and twice recognised as Best Kerrisdale Restaurant by Georgia Straight's Golden Plates Awards.
