Marpole-Oakridge Community Centre is a long-established neighbourhood hub founded in 1949, jointly operated by the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation and the Marpole-Oakridge Community Association. Situated at the north end of Oak Park at West 59th Avenue and Oak Street, it houses a fitness centre with weight room, cardio room, racquetball court, whirlpool, and sauna, alongside a broad recreational program roster serving all ages. A new replacement facility is also in development, with imagery available on the centre's website.
