Angry Hen Brewing is a craft brewery and lounge in the heart of historic Kaslo, BC, operating a 7-barrel brewhouse — one of the last built by Newlands — that produces a rotating lineup of lagers, ales, and a signature dry Irish stout on nitro. Originally founded in 2017 by brewer Shirley Warne, it is now owned by Cassie and Rogan, who continue the tradition of pairing quality craft beer with live music on a covered patio year-round. A welcoming stop for cyclists passing through the Kootenays, it positions itself as Kaslo's community living room with snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, and frequent local music events.
