Fraser Valley Juice
Fraser Valley Juice & Salad has operated from the opening days of Granville Island Public Market and claims to have pioneered the salad roll as a popular takeaway food. The stall is known for freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, rice paper rolls with fillings like smoked wild sockeye or vegetables, and an array of salads — all made on the premises with a focus on health and quality. It sits on the west side of the Public Market building, making it a natural refreshment stop on any Granville Island cycling loop.
