Hush
Hush is the weekend coffee alter-ego of COFU Chinatown, a celebrated plant-based Japanese restaurant in Vancouver's Chinatown neighbourhood. The space offers specialty beans from Japanese roaster Hiyori, ceremonial-grade Uji matcha and hojicha from Kyoto, house-made sweets, and a short cocktail list. It shares the refined, quietly intentional atmosphere of the COFU brand, which earned national television recognition for its innovative fully plant-based omakase.
