Matchstick
Matchstick is a Vancouver specialty coffee roaster whose original Fraser Street location opened in 2012 inside a historic bank building, where the original vault door is still on display and visitors can try to crack the combination lock. The café roasts its own beans and bakes pastries fresh on site daily, offering a full breakfast and lunch menu seven days a week. With four café locations spread across Vancouver neighbourhoods, Matchstick is a well-established community coffee destination known for a craft-focused, intentional approach to its work.
