Omnitsky Kosher is one of Vancouver's only full-service kosher delicatessens, founded in Winnipeg in 1910 and operating in Vancouver since 1997. The deli handcrafts over 150 products — corned beef, pastrami, smoked meats, gluten-free hot dogs — using traditional recipes with no MSG or by-products. The 3435 Fraser Street location, opened May 2025, combines a retail deli store with a sit-down restaurant serving soups, deli sandwiches, burgers, and hot entrées.
