Ice Creamery

The Ice Creamery is a food concession within the Hell's Gate Airtram complex, a major Fraser Canyon tourist attraction that has operated since 1970 on the Trans-Canada Highway near Boston Bar. The complex descends 157 metres into the canyon gorge via a Swiss-built aerial tram, and its food outlets — including a Café and Fudge Factory — are located at the bottom of that descent. Cyclists stopping here would be entering a multi-attraction tourist site rather than a standalone food stop.
