Milano Espresso Lounge
Milano Espresso Lounge is the Gastown outpost of Milano Coffee, a Vancouver institution founded in 1984 by Italian master roaster Francesco Curatolo and now helmed by Brian Turko, whose blends have earned 15 gold medals from the International Institute of Coffee Tasters. The cafe is part of a network of locations known for espresso tasting bars offering up to 8 different espresso varieties simultaneously — a rarity in the city. Cyclists passing through Gastown will find a serious specialty coffee stop with deep roots in Vancouver's Little Italy neighbourhood.
