Olivier's la Boulangerie
Olivier's la Boulangerie is an artisan French bakery and café founded in 2009 by Olivier Audibert, a baker from southern France, and is the original 'main bakery' location of what has grown into a small multi-location chain. The shop is distinguished by its commitment to traditional long-fermentation ('slow-crafted') methods using no chemical preservatives, GMO grains, or high-gluten additives — a genuine taste-of-France pit stop in the Coquitlam area. Cyclists can pick up freshly baked breads, croissants, and pastries, and the café space can also be reserved for private events.
This place is in the traditional territory of the Hul’qumi’num Treaty Group, Kwantlen, kʷikʷəƛ̓əm, Qayqayt, S’ólh Téméxw (Stó:lō), sc̓əwaθenaɁɬ təməxʷ (Tsawwassen), Semiahmoo, səl̓ilwətaɁɬ təməxʷ (Tsleil-Waututh), Stz’uminus, šxʷməθkʷəy̓əmaɁɬ təməxʷ (Musqueam), and Cayuse, Umatilla and Walla Walla.
