Place des Arts
Founded in 1972, Place des Arts is a not-for-profit arts education centre nestled in the historic Maillardville neighbourhood of Coquitlam, offering instruction in visual arts, music, dance, theatre, and literary arts for all ages and skill levels. The centre operates three gallery spaces and an Artisan Shop showcasing local and emerging artists, making it a genuine cultural hub for the region. Touring cyclists with an interest in the arts will find a busy, welcoming community venue with year-round programming and rotating exhibitions.
