The British Columbia portion of the Cross Canada Cycle Tour Society's Far North route from Prince Rupert to Calgary: about 1,030 km of paved touring across the northern interior, through the Cariboo and the Thompson Okanagan, before crossing into Alberta. Around 9,000 m of climbing in all, with long remote stretches and highway riding throughout. A serious self-supported tour through country most cyclists never see.
