Canyon to Coast follows a riverside dyke trail near Chilliwack, 18 km one way and 36 return, flat the whole way through farmland and parkland on a former rail corridor. A shorter 15 km road option runs nearby. Mountains bracket the valley on both sides, so the views come free.
