Anvil Coffee Collective is a family-run specialty coffee shop founded in 2021 by the Rutschmann family in Salmon Arm, BC, with a mission to demystify specialty coffee and build community around it. The café features in-house baking and ethically sourced ingredients, offering something for everyone on its menu. A second location opened in Sicamous in May 2024, making Anvil a familiar stop across two communities on popular cycling routes through the Shuswap.
