Cantina Vallarta is a family-owned authentic Mexican restaurant with locations in both Salmon Arm and Sicamous, BC, run by Ivan Gracia whose family recipes span generations. All food is prepared daily from scratch using fresh ingredients, with a broad menu of traditional dishes including enchiladas, burritos, chimichangas, and house-made jalapeño poppers. Cyclists travelling through the Shuswap and North Okanagan corridor will find a full sit-down restaurant with vegetarian and vegan options throughout the menu.
