Blacksmith Bakery is a licensed café bistro founded in 2014 by Chef Stephan Schigas, a pastry veteran of Michelin-starred London kitchens, on the historic site of Fort Langley's original blacksmith shop (Reid's Blacksmith Shop, circa 1910). The Fort Langley flagship offers handcrafted European-style pastries, brunch, bistro fare, and pizza, with both indoor and outdoor seating. It is the anchor location of a small regional chain with four outposts across the Langley and Maple Ridge area.
