salishan Place by the River is a new 40,000-square-foot arts, culture and heritage centre in Fort Langley, developed in partnership with Coast Salish First Nations and housing a museum, library, printmaking studio, coffee shop, Indigenous Garden, and outdoor amphitheatre. The three-storey civic building holds a collection of over 23,000 objects documenting the region's history and offers conference, gallery, and community event spaces. Fort Langley is a well-travelled cycling destination on regional trails, making this a natural cultural stop for touring cyclists passing through the Township of Langley.
