Mishmish (مشمش, meaning 'apricot' in Arabic) is a third-culture Middle Eastern bakery and café on Fraser Street in Vancouver, founded in 2024 and named Vancouver Magazine's Best Bakery 2026. Chef/owners Abdallah El Chami and Leah Christ blend Lebanese, Iranian, German, and Canadian traditions into creations like the Baklava Cream Top and Mishmish Bar.
