Guu with Garlic
Guu with Garlic, also known as Guu Robson, is a Japanese izakaya on Vancouver's busy Robson Street and was the second location opened by Guu Izakaya, the chain credited with pioneering izakaya dining in Vancouver. The restaurant's concept centres on garlic-infused takes on classic izakaya dishes — skewers, karaage, sashimi, and shared plates — in a lively evening atmosphere. It is part of Kitanoya Marketing Corp., which operates five locations across Vancouver and Toronto.
