Anh And Chi
Anh and Chi is a Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized Vietnamese restaurant (2022–2025) on Vancouver's Main Street, run by a Vietnamese-Canadian family whose parents founded the city's first pho house. The brother-and-sister team, with their mother as Executive Chef, reimagines authentic Vietnamese cuisine using fresh local ingredients in an award-winning room and patio in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood. It has raised over $500,000 for local nonprofits through its reservation-by-donation program.
