Twisted Hills Craft Cider is the first standalone cidery in the Similkameen Valley, established in 2012 in Cawston and producing BC's first full line-up of certified organic ciders from estate-grown, cider-specific apple varieties. The cidery operates a seasonal tasting room—dubbed the CiderDome—on a 12-acre organic orchard where visitors can taste a diverse range of single-varietal and fruit-infused ciders. Touring cyclists on the Crowsnest Highway (HWY 3) can stop in to sample and purchase bottles directly, or arrange curbside pickup of online orders.
