Launched in 2023, Sharpe Distillery is a family-owned craft distillery in Cawston honouring three generations of the Sharpe family's roots in the Similkameen Valley. The distillery produces whisky, botanical gin, vodka, and pisqu using water drawn from the nearby Similkameen River, with a tasting room open seasonally on select weekends and by appointment. Situated on the unceded territory of the Syilx, Nlaka'pamux, and Secwépemc Peoples, it offers touring cyclists a genuine taste of place on the Similkameen corridor.
