Foglifter Coffee Roasters is a family-run specialty roaster with roots in over 20 years of Vancouver retail coffee, now roasting on Vancouver Island's Cowichan Valley and serving the public through its East Vancouver flagship cafe at the corner of Main & 20th. The business sources beans through carefully chosen importers and roasts on a Diedrich IR-12, with an emphasis on craft and producer relationships. Cyclists passing through East Van can stop in for espresso or filter coffee prepared with the same beans the roastery ships across Canada.
