The Palms is a locally owned restaurant and cocktail lounge occupying several distinct spaces inside the historic Hotel Rialto at the corner of Douglas Street and Pandora Avenue in the heart of downtown Victoria. Open since 2020, it encompasses a 50-seat tropical-inspired dining room, a craft cocktail lounge, the Hideaway Wine Bar, and a newer sports lounge — all operated independently from the hotel. The kitchen leans into tropical flavours with mango, pineapple, and coconut-accented dishes paired with house-crafted cocktails and an extensive wine list.
