Van 168 Coffee is a family-run Vietnamese cafe and restaurant on Kingsway founded by Lynda, who brought her mother's Northern Vietnamese recipes to Vancouver nearly 40 years after immigrating. The menu centres on authentic pho, bun noodle soups (including regional specialties like Bun Bo Hue and freshwater snail vermicelli), rice plates, and Vietnamese iced coffee. It opened in 2023 and occupies a storefront unit in a mixed-use building on one of Vancouver's main east-side corridors.
