Nuba
Nuba is a Vancouver Lebanese restaurant institution founded in 2003, rooted in founder Victor Bouzide's grandmother's recipes and built around fresh, local, and organic ingredients sourced daily. The Mount Pleasant location — branded 'Off Main' — offers the full mezze menu including falafel, hummus, and soups, with a large portion of items vegan and gluten-free. Walk-ins are welcome, making it an easy stop for a touring cyclist cutting through the East Side.
