Swiss Bakery
Swiss Bakery is an artisan bread specialist established in 1993 in Vancouver's Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, known for handmade loaves, 81-layer laminated croissants, soft German pretzels, cinnamon buns, and its signature frissants. The shop has been a neighbourhood institution for over 25 years, drawing a loyal cross-section of regulars from construction workers to families.
