Jay Nok
Jay Nok is a modern Thai restaurant in Vancouver's Olympic Village neighbourhood, helmed by Thai-born Executive Chef Bumpen 'Nok' Khangrang and co-owner Bobby Kongsilp, whose family roots stretch back to the legendary Sala Thai. The menu reimagines Thai street food classics — from Khao Soi to Pad Thai — alongside a full cocktail program, in a lively, music-forward dining room a short ride from the Seawall and False Creek cycling paths.
