Ophelia
Ophelia is a Michelin Guide–recommended Mexican restaurant in Vancouver's Olympic Village, helmed by Chef Francisco Higareda and named in honour of his mother. The kitchen takes an elevated approach to authentic regional Mexican cooking, from house-made moles and quesabirria tacos to corn-crusted octopus, supported by a fully licensed bar stocked with premium tequilas and mezcals. Its location in the heart of Olympic Village places it directly on one of Vancouver's most-cycled urban corridors.
