Mereon
Mèreon is a French-inspired bistro in West Vancouver offering brunch, happy hour, and dinner menus that blend classic French technique with fresh West Coast ingredients. The restaurant was founded by Ophelia Arida and features menu development by Chef Emmanuel Joinville, who trained at a Michelin 3-starred restaurant in Dijon before becoming known in Vancouver for the long-running Jules Bistro in Gastown. The bistro seats up to 50 guests and is committed to locally sourced produce and house-made preparations throughout.
