Thai Pudpong is a family-owned authentic Thai restaurant operating since 2002, founded by head chef Sutthi Srilanpong whose mother cooked in the palace for King Rama the 9th's family in Bangkok. It was the first Thai restaurant in West Vancouver and earned early acclaim from the North Shore newspaper for its elegant, cozy atmosphere. The menu spans classics like Pad Thai, Red Curry, and Tom Yum, with spice levels adjustable to taste.
