The Pie Shoppe is a small-batch, artisan pie and coffee shop founded by sisters Stephanie and Andrea French, also home to Panoramic Coffee Roasters. The shop is built around handcrafted seasonal pies using local BC fruit from the Fraser Valley, Okanagan, and nearby islands, served with hand-drip pour-over or Aeropress coffee. Seating is extremely limited, making it a grab-and-go stop for cyclists riding the nearby Adanac Bike Path.
