Brioche Ristorante & Wine Bar
Brioche is a Sicilian-Italian restaurant and wine bar in Vancouver's Gastown neighbourhood, founded by Head Chef Eduardo Bilardello who began his culinary career in Sicily at age 14 before bringing his craft to Vancouver in 1990. The menu blends traditional Sicilian cooking with West Coast influences, featuring house-made pastas, antipasti platters, and a full wine bar. The restaurant recently relocated to a new Columbia Street space and offers dine-in, takeout, delivery, and full catering services.
