L'Abattoir
L'Abattoir is a Michelin-recommended French-West Coast restaurant housed in a 19th-century brick-and-beam building in historic Gastown, on the site of Vancouver's first jail and former meat-packing district. Chef Jasper Cruickshank blends classical French technique with West Coast ingredients, backed by a Platinum Award-winning wine list and a serious cocktail program. With over 15 years in operation and options to dine at the bar, mezzanine, or atrium, it is one of Vancouver's most celebrated dinner destinations.
