Pâtisserie Lebeau
Founded in 1995 by Belgian-trained pastry chef Olivier Lebeau, this patisserie specializes in authentic Liège and Bruxelles waffles, rice pies, craquelins, and speculoos made fresh daily from natural ingredients. Located on West 2nd Avenue near the Arbutus Greenway, it sits along a popular Vancouver cycling corridor. The shop has been a proud multi-year waffle sponsor of Ride to Conquer Cancer and a supplier for Tour de Cure, giving it a genuine footprint in the local cycling community.
