BReD is a 100% plant-based, certified-organic sourdough bakery in Creekside, Whistler, founded by British-born baker Ed Tatton and his wife Natasha. Every loaf is naturally leavened with a wild sourdough starter and made from certified organic flour, with a rotating daily schedule of specialty breads. Beyond bread, the in-store café serves espresso drinks and the shop stocks a curated range of local pantry goods including organic flours, artisan jams, and hummus.
