Beaufort Vineyard and Estate Winery is Vancouver Island's first certified organic winery, established in 2007 and situated on a 20-acre estate in the Comox Valley near Courtenay. The winery produces cool-climate varietals including Ortega, Gewürztraminer, and Pinot Noir under Ecocert organic certification using regenerative farming practices. Visiting cyclists can book guided tastings in a gazebo overlooking the vines, linger at the picnic area with a wine flight, and pick up locally sourced charcuterie boards on site.
