Silver Sage Winery
Silver Sage Winery is a family-owned, award-winning estate winery established in 1996 by Romanian immigrants Anna and Victor Manola, drawing on four generations of winemaking tradition in Oliver, BC's Golden Mile region. Set on the banks of Oxbow Creek with mountain views, the winery produces premium Okanagan grape wines alongside distinctive fresh-fruit dessert wines — claimed to be a Canadian first. Beyond tastings, the property offers three on-site guest suites and event hosting, making it a potential overnight stop for cycling tours through the Okanagan wine country.
This place is in the traditional territory of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, Nłeʔkepmx Tmíxʷ (Nlaka’pamux), Syilx (Okanagan), and Cayuse, Umatilla and Walla Walla.
