1931 Gallery Bistro is a contemporary dining destination situated inside the iconic Vancouver Art Gallery, named to honour the gallery's founding year of 1931. The bistro features a recently renovated 120-seat licensed outdoor patio overlooking Robson Square, alongside a vibrant interior dining room serving West Coast fusion cuisine and cocktails. Located at 750 Hornby Street in the heart of downtown Vancouver, it offers both walk-in and reservation seating as well as takeout and delivery.
