Faubourg Paris
Faubourg is a family-owned French bakery and café founded in Vancouver in 2010, with its Downtown flagship at 769 Hornby Street. The shop specialises in traditional Parisian breads baked five times daily in an oven imported from France, alongside viennoiseries, pastries, macarons, and a full savoury menu of sandwiches, quiches, and soups. It is one of three Vancouver locations and draws on artisan production techniques for everything from espresso blends to hand-crafted whole cakes.
This place is in the traditional territory of the Hul’qumi’num Treaty Group, S’ólh Téméxw (Stó:lō), səl̓ilwətaɁɬ təməxʷ (Tsleil-Waututh), Skwxwú7mesh-ulh Temíx̱w (Squamish), Stz’uminus, šxʷməθkʷəy̓əmaɁɬ təməxʷ (Musqueam), and Cayuse, Umatilla and Walla Walla.
