Olivier's Cafe et Viennoiseries
Olivier's is an artisan French bakery and cafe founded by Olivier Audibert, who brought slow-fermentation baking traditions from southern France to Vancouver in 2009. The Hornby Street location is the brand's newest downtown outpost, positioned as a spot to pause or grab a croissant in the heart of the city's core. All breads and pastries are made without chemical preservatives, GMO grain, or high-gluten elements, following a long-fermentation process practised by French master bakers.
