L&C French Bakery
L&C French Bakery is a Parisian-style bakery founded by two women — Chef Cyrielle, who trained in Paris and worked at Michelin-starred restaurants, and Lisa, a former Fairmont and Wickaninnish Inn hospitality manager. The Baker Street location serves as the bakery's commissary kitchen and a takeout-only counter, offering fresh croissants, artisan pastries, sandwiches, coffee, and macarons made daily from scratch. It sits right on Nelson's main commercial strip, making it a natural and quick refuelling stop for cyclists passing through town.
This place is in the traditional territory of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, Ĩyãħé Nakón mąkóce (Stoney), Ktunaxa ɁamakɁis, snʕickstx tmxʷúlaʔxʷ (Sinixt), Syilx (Okanagan), and Cayuse, Umatilla and Walla Walla.
