Slocan Community Library
The Slocan Community Library is a small, 100% volunteer-run public library serving the village of Slocan in the Slocan Valley. It offers a curated book catalogue, DVDs, audio books, and a collection with a focus on Indigenous reads, making it a genuine community hub in a rural cycling corridor. Touring cyclists passing through Slocan may find it a useful rest point for local information, though hours are limited to four partial days per week.
