Ingrain
InGrain Pastificio is a craft pasta manufacturer in Deep Cove that makes slow-dried, bronze-extruded pasta from BC-grown grains — durum, einkorn, emmer, spelt — and Seymour Lake alpine water filtered through a five-stage reverse-osmosis system, following traditional Gragnano IGP methods. The Deep Cove retail shop is the production outlet for what the company bills as a distinctly Canadian pasta story, with products also stocked at dozens of grocery stores across the province. For a cyclist rolling into Deep Cove, it is an artisan specialty shop rather than a place to sit down and refuel.
